She was born in South Korea.
She graduated from Ewha Womans University and graduate school.
She is a wood engraving printmaker and a contemporary artist.
She held 17’s individual exhibitions and a number of other group exhibitions.
Group exhibitions were held in South Korea, New York, Mexico, Russia, Portugal, France, Hong Kong, Barcelona, Taiwan, and China.

STATEMENT
My work observes the repressed desires and anxieties of modern individuals in social relationships, expressed meditatively where consciousness and the unconscious meet. My paintings transcend dichotomies like past and present, East and West, reality and myth, reflecting the belief that everything is interconnected and should exist in equal relationships.
