LOGIN & ARTIST DASHBOARD HELP
It’s time to jump in!
You will need the Username and Password provided by the Gallery Manager in the Welcome Email.
Just fill the form, then click LOGIN and that is all, you are in!
ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED IN…
THIS IS HOW YOUR ARTIST DASHBOARD LOOKS LIKE.
WE WILL TELL YOU WHAT IT IS ABOUT 🙂
This is your Artist Dashboard. You can complete visible and non-visible information about yourself, your Artist Statement, Bio, CV, Profile picture and more.
From your Artist Dashboard, you will also be able to upload your Artwork and details.
You will receive a confirmation email once your profile is approved.
YOUR ARTWORK CAN HAVE 4 DIFFERENT STATUS
DRAFT
Your artwork has been saved but it is not submitted yet. The information will not be reviewed or approved by an admin until you hit the Submit button / YES.
SUBMITTED
Your Artwork is submitted and pending approval/rejection. You will receive a confirmation email once your artwork is Approved/Rejected
REJECTED
Your Artwork was rejected. You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the status of your Artwork and check the reason why it has been rejected. Edit those fields and Submit them again.
APPROVED
Your Artwork is ready and looking good! An Admin will publish your Artwork on our Website. You will receive a confirmation email once your artwork is Approved.
NOTE ABOUT YOUR ARTWORK’S STATUS:
After filling out all or some of the information about an artwork, you can click “Submit / YES” and finish the process of uploading that artwork. You can also save it and continue later by clicking “Submit / NO”. This option will automatically create a draft.
KEEP IN MIND:
The Admin can only approve and publish your information on our website if you select the “Submit / YES” option at the bottom of the form.
IMPORTANT:
Once the “Submit / YES” box is selected, you will not be able to continue editing that artwork. Please make sure you have completed all the requested fields and they are looking good before clicking on “Submit / YES”.
