The brushstrokes, the traces on the support, the way in which the colors merge with their complements, the magnetic attraction of the viewer who immediately enters the scopic path and surrenders to the pleasure of contemplation…
The imprint of the formidable abstract hatching, persistent and captivating, which reissues pictorial alchemy. A new space is configured and abstraction as a plastic territory generates a different way of interpreting the world.
Under a plastic look SEEING ABSTRACTION, the new proposal of GALERIA AZUR MADRID, focuses on movement, gesture and brushstroke within the curatorial narrative that is presented as a coven of color, texture, agitation and displacement.
In the arduous transit of the plastic exercise, the artist’s gaze gradually loses its ingenuity and tends to become a lucid precision tool, rigorously calibrated to capture the spirit of forms and the subtlety of light and color.
The paintings are structured in a chaotic way, the magic of dynamic abstraction and the almost geometric strokes stimulate the composition while the figures appear in the universal yearning to bring life to the vortex of its maximum intensity.
This narrative approach allows us to translate the resplendent web of appearances we call reality into intangible language, while formal language reveals the paradox as it charges space with expressive magnitude.
