I am an industrial designer, I grew up between oil and turpentine, the smell of pressed canvases waiting for their first coats of paint, the inks for engraving, the warmth of a workshop with printing presses full of history and encounters with personalities of art that influenced in what I am and in my work, which is why it emerges as a fusion between the inventiveness of design and the plasticity of painting. I pictorially materialize compositions based on geometry using diverse elements and formats using supports from two-dimensional to three-dimensional and thus explore the changing character of things to reconstruct and re-interpret my own environment. The spectator who observes these compositions is invited to relate what is expressed with what surrounds him in his daily life. The three-dimensional pieces are a complement to the two-dimensional language and an extension of the painting. Dialogue. It is what the figures constantly perform around monologues that return images and are projected on the canvas or the three-dimensional surface. Parallelisms, symmetries, asymmetries, geometric repetitions with a variation in its composition that emerges from the depths of the message itself, inhabiting the everyday and the reality of the environment. There is constantly a veil related to memory that dwells like a fog in our memory and is reflected in each of these forms.
