BIOGRAPHY
Polina Gazhur. Since 2010 lives and works in Vienna, Austria, where has numerous exhibitions. Studied in the art school in Moscow, Russia, then graduated Moscow State University with the master degree in history of art. The member of Professional Association of Visual Artists in Austria, Regional Association of Vienna/Lower Austria/Bgld.

STATEMENT
I could characterize the style of my works as metaphorical paintings, reflection maps. I am most interested in the themes of the connection between nature and man, balance and finding answers to questions. I mainly work in oil-acrylic technique on canvas, paying attention to details and color combinations. I put a lot of small symbolic thoughts into my work, which allow me to delve deeper into the topics that interest me. Each picture for me is a small story.
