BIOGRAPHY
Francisco José Pía Izquierdo, NANO.
He was born in Bétera (Valencia) in 1969. He is a visual artist who creates his works from his hometown. Degree in Fine Arts, in the Faculty of Fine Arts Sant Carles of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. From an early age, his work has been influenced by Graphic, the Magic of Painting and the three-dimensionality of Sculpture. Conceptually, this artist works from and in situations that They are enthusiastic about varied themes and contexts. His work raises questions about the human being’s relations with the society and its natural environment.

STATEMENT
My work is based on the relationship of man with society, that is, I use subjects of news to shape the works, ranging from painting to installation, through sculpture and reaching engraving. I usually use any material, depending on the technique or discipline chosen: canvas, wire, stone, water … To do this, I focus on the day to day, a word, a song, the paragraph of a book, the book in itself, of poetry, news or events that happen in our society.
