Meltem Akkaya was born in İzmir- Turkey. She completed art education in Dokuz Eylül
Üniversitey art department.She instructed of Adnan Menderes University as professor.She was rewards perennial 1995-2002-2004-2005 years.Exhibition in the printing area of 2021 state painting and sculpture competition. She participate solo exhibition in Nurnberg. and She joined international and national fairs and Biennials. select fairs. Basel art fairs and forli -İtaly -2023 art fairs.
