BIOGRAPHY
Manal Stino, an Egyptian painter, started drawing and painting at an early age as a hobby. In her late teens, all her work was lost in a tragic event. Devastated, she left her hobby and focused on her studies to graduate from the American University in Cairo with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2001. She then started working in the Finance field for a few years and later decided to free herself for motherhood. Years span by until she turned 40, and that’s when she decided to rediscover her love for painting.
As she posted her first painting on social media to celebrate her comeback, she received several buy requests, and the painting was quickly sold, marking the start of her career as a professional painter in 2019. From there, she produced several oil and acrylic paintings spanning several painting styles, like Modernism, Impressionism, Abstract Art, Cubism, as well as many others.
Her paintings have reached clients in several countries in Europe, North America, and the Arab World. She joined several local and international art exhibitions, and her work was recognized with awards in most of them. To her, painting is a lifelong passion that helps her express what she can’t express in words!

ARTIST STATEMENT
Painting has always been my passion and it remains so to this day. Each piece I create reflects an experience, an emotion, a memory, or something that I aspire to do or have. I utilize the canvas, brush, and all the elements of painting, such as colours, shapes, lighting, shades, and motion, to convey what I am experiencing.

STATEMENT

I am open to various painting styles and choose the one that best communicates my message.
