BIOGRAPHY
My name is John, I was born in 1999 in Brussels and I currently live there. Through my cubist paintings, I wish to highlight the concept of perspectivism. Perspectivism is the representation of as many different viewpoints on an object or idea as possible, in order to approach it as closely as possible and, who knows, perhaps discover the truth. Perspectivism is not the binary of viewpoints; it’s a true range of perspectives, which recognizes the full richness of the world. It is essential to me that art not be limited to aesthetics alone. It must also convey a message that will trigger a micro-revolution in the viewer’s mind. In this sense, perspectivism is a call to our spiritual enrichment: there are always more cubes and always more ways to understand.
