Ben Plaumann was born in Berlin and also lives and works here – as a product manager and self-taught artist.
With his professional background in sales, as well as the many experiences and various hurdles in life, he found in his art a balance, a source of freedom and a way to express himself while encouraging people to fight for their dreams and goals.

STATEMENT
Ben Plaumann’s medium is acrylic paint. His techniques vary and reflect his personal individualism, often using dark colors, as well as gold and red, while enjoying the tranquility and light background music of jazz and classical music.
He focuses on antique-looking styles, which from time to time break out in a completely colorful direction.
Ben’s art is a powerful, visual representation of his life experiences and different life situations, which evoke deep emotions through the fascination and freedom of painting per se.
