BIOGRAPHY
Joseph Geoui was born in 1949 and pursued university studies in cinema and audiovisual. He then shifted his focus to sales and management before establishing a real estate company. Alongside his professional endeavors, he was actively involved in various associations and offered support to people in their final moments. It was over three decades ago that Joseph began his journey in painting while also practicing ceramics at the Potter workshop in Geneva. Although self-taught, he gained inspiration from the works of Fernand Léger and the customs officer Rousseau, while experimenting with oils before settling on acrylics due to their quick-drying nature. His background in audiovisual arts prompted him to delve into the intricacies of message composition, reality perception, and viewer interpretation.
