Jean-Pierre Fleury combines art and emotion through his lens. More than a photographer, he defines himself as an image creator, an artist of emotions.
His works resemble paintings or visual sculptures, revealing an aesthetic quest that transcends the simple capture of reality, between impressionism and abstraction.
Jean-Pierre Fleury does not photograph what he sees, but what he feels; he handles his cameras like a painter handles his brushes or a sculptor his chisels, inviting us to explore the extraordinary in the ordinary, the fantastic in the mundane, the magic in the real, in order to sometimes capture the elusive.
He plays with blurring, juggles with shadows, and opens himself up to new worlds, often beyond the mirror of reality.
