BIOGRAPHY
Hyewon Park explores the reationships between color,plane, texture, and space.
Through subtle color transitions, structured planes, and layered brushstrokes, she creates rhythm, blance, and spatial tension.
Her works combine geometric structures with tactile, hand-built surfaces, allowing contrasting elements to coexist within arestrained composition.
Through repetition, variation, and shifts in color and tepthexture, she continues to explore how simple forms can create changing perceptions of
depth, movement, and space.

Hyewon Park is a Seoul-based abstract painter.
She studied Art Education at Hanyang University.
She has presented solo and curated exhibitions in Korea and participated in international art fairs and exhibitions in miami, Hong Kong, Singapore, and
Berlin.
STATEMENT
My work explores the relationships between color, structure, and texture.
I build surfaaces through repeated brushstrokes and subtie shifts in color, while geometric planes create rhythm and spatial tension.
I am interested in how these contrasting elements interact and transform simple forms into a changing sense of space.
