The moon plays a very important role to us. It is very significant to every community. Based on this, the artist has tried again to highlight it\u2019s importance to the people. We use the moon to keeps in check on the time of the year. When to start the planting of our crops and when some important activities ought to be held. <br \/>\n The moon was our time keeper therefore, we live to look up to the coming of the moon.<br \/>\nIts presence is therefore very admired and symbolic to our daily lives. We could easily plan when we know of the timing of this moon throughout the year.<br \/>\nThis helps us to plan ahead and organise our events throughout the year . In addition, the coming of a new moon is a period of happiness and joy for the people.<br \/>\nFinally, it serves as a reminder to socialize during night falls by providing adequate moon light so that we could engage in various dances and exciting story telling. We also  dance, stage wrestling contests and exchange visits.<br \/>\n Seeing a new moon is a positive outlook for a better year ahead.
