I believe that by eliminating color, I am leveling the playing field for all subjects, regardless of race, gender, or background. In black and white, the focus is on the individual&#039;s features and expression, without chromatic distractions.<br \/>\nOn the other hand, the strong colored backgrounds I often use represent each person&#039;s unique experiences. Each hue, each tone, symbolizes the experiences, emotions, and challenges that have shaped the person being portrayed.
