There is no observation involved, it is a thought process. Each painting is made up of one circular and two linear elements. This one, painted in early 2024, when the circular shape was often, as in this case, of Yellow Ochre and the lines were also often, as here, Burnt Sienna and Cobalt Blue. The Idea of two short lines floating apparently at random, but in fact carefully positioned, also occurs in other paintings at this time. Its twin has longer lines, dominantly positioned.
