Coastal features are fractals. Our perception is heavily influenced by scale. I don’t just mean visually, rather it is our relationship and degree of closeness to a thing that allows us to establish mental models and emotional connections.<\/p>\n
The Landform series explores minimalism in painting using large geographic features as a subject.
