After my spouse committed suicide, I was traumatized with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. When I would slip into my traumatic frame of mine- when all things seemed surreal and unreal, I felt like I was Alice in Wonderland falling down the rabbit hole. I started to call my trauma &#8220;The Rabbit Hole.&#8221; This very simple piece is the play on words of what it takes to become Whole again rather than fall down the Hole.
