Without previous notice, the artwork take us on a éphémère flâner. Who are those shapes in the paintings? What is the physical limit of abstraction? Who dares to stop the time in an image? Is it possible that different languages can be read harmonically?

Close-ups, shadows, a suffocating rhythm, stains, and figurations. Practically without words, the narrative journey stresses, questions, and evokes emotions we can’t express with words, but they are clear and accurate in their plastic expression.

In a circuit composed of bucolic landscapes, abstractions of cold and broken colors that are cut with geometric planes, drippings of saturated and vibrant colors, and contradictory and ambiguous images, the fortuitous meeting of artists allows a symbiosis of multiple languages, made up with the irresistible aura of a first encounter.

Crystal Silence, Galería Azur Madrid’s group show, is consistently creative; and like a homonymous musical piece, an interconnection between Chick Corea and vibraphonist Gary Burton in the 1970s – who brought a new sensibility to jazz improv – the narrative becomes distinguished, not by an effervescence of melody and countermelody, but as a result of her plastic mastery and rare beauty that flirts with synchronized and constantly changing harmonic movements.
