BIOGRAPHY
Emerging from darkness and rooted in the unconscious, my work centers on discovering meaning through visual contemplation and creation. I have continuously returned to an evolving inquiry into Eastern perspectives, exploring their relevance across different media. Rather than focusing on what I intend to express, I pay close attention to what emerges in the process. Experimental film, animation, media facades, performative installations, and painting have all shaped my practice, allowing unexpected narratives to surface. By navigating the tension between control and spontaneity, I embrace the unknown, seeking hidden connections between the seen and the unseen.

I hold a BA in Oriental Painting from Hongik University and an MA in Visual Media from Sogang University. I have presented nine solo exhibitions and the 2023 Media Façade Showcase. I have also participated in international exhibitions and screenings, including SeMA Mediacity Biennale (Korea), MADATAC – New Media Art & Audiovisual Festival (Spain), and the Seoul International Experimental Film Festival (EXiS, Korea).
