BIOGRAPHY
Martina Hoyos is a photographer currently based in Miami. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Martina moved to Miami as a child and went on to live in New York to study at NYU Stern School of Business. Her artistic journey began after leaving her job in Citibank. She decided to pursue her passion for travel and sustainability, moving to Costa Rica and Nicaragua to work in sustainable tourism. In 2019, she moved to Australia and dedicated her three years of travel to photography, both digital and analogue while traveling the whole country by car.
Martina’s travels and experiences have greatly influenced her photography. Her love for capturing intimate moments and creating lasting memories keeps her taking pictures every day. Over the past three years, while living in Australia, she made sure to capture every moment. Her unique perspective on the world is evident in her photographs, constantly showing the world through her eyes and letting us into moments of closeness in her life while taking us wherever she decides to travel.
