Jiah Shin is a contemporary abstract artist born in Seoul, South Korea, who developed a fascination for abstraction while studying in Chicago. She uses abstraction as a medium to express and convey the mental landscape of human beings, which cannot be described by words or emotions.

Her abstract artworks explore the hidden emotions and intricate inner world of human beings, aiming to facilitate communication and connection with the unconscious self.
