Edwina is a French-Lebanese artist who paints emotions with colors – or colors with emotions. Through a mosaic of shades, she creates movement, shapes and harmony, slowly unveiling secrets. Inspired by impressionism and contemporary art, Edwina creates modern abstract paintings with a palette of colors and textures grounded in her occidental and oriental cultural roots. She uses acrylic paint, organically mixing colors with gold. Through rhythm, dynamism, light and depth, she paints despair, passion or hope, intertwining the experiences of belonging to two places, Beirut and Paris.
