Swamp Thing

For this painting I used green and yellow colors over a blue background. I usually don´t paint with green and yellow but cyan and magenta are my normal palette. It is one of the most detailed paintings that I ever made, a lot of different creatures may be seen if you play attention. I also like to introduce patterns, as it took me so long to make the painting the way of editing the stain changed during the process, it was a big creative challenge.

So many creatures over a green stain made me remember a swamp and I already had the name. I remembered the famous comics and I also had the pop culture reference that I love.
