Self-Anatomy II

This painting was created based on an orthopedic surgery, in the picture all the tissues, bones and ligaments of the hand are exposed.
In this painting Valeiva wanted to re-create the pain, and visualize it. The pain to understand the body as a perfect machine, and to analyze that we make decisions not thinking about the body, but disconnected from him and everything that it percibes, that can create a cascade of problems and auto-destroy himself.
