Horizontal

For me ‘black’ is simple, impersonal, and mystic.

In this work, the black field is over-layered in depth with the gesture to create a rough texture on the surface, and at the same time, the remained yellow organic dotted marks create silent movement in the middle of the space horizontally. It invites the viewer to be meditative.
