Fertilitas ~ Sub Tensio 01 + 02 Diptych

Tension 01 is an exploration of chocolate and black clay slabs, relative materials with relative mass. These solid chocolate clay slabs represent the repetitive nature of resilience and perseverance, positive and negative space, all with the acknowledgement that no two outcomes will ever be the same. No material was removed from the original slab in each form, only displaced to ensure the relative weight and mass remained the same. The displacement of material the positive vs negative, and cause vs effect.
