At first glance, the large Kanji in the center may catch your eyes, but the main focus of this work is "信”, smaller character written above it. This is made up of two parts: left part meaning "person" and right part meaning "word" and altogether it represents making a vow and making a promise. It expresses strong conviction to go straight ahead without giving in along the way.
The paper is Chinese Xuan paper. I use ink and brushes made in Japan and China respectively.
