Chasing Nemo

To make this painting I started with a non-stretched canvas and make a stain. Then I stretched it and started to see how to edit the stain. Sometimes is quite easy but on this painting it came when I was almost on half of it and had to come back and redo. I think this is one of my best editing because I respect the originals patterns quite a lot and when I edit they look very integrated.

I see some underwater creatures on a hunt for food. This made me remember the famous movie and I had the name. References to pop culture is something that I love form my naming. It gets a happy twist to the dark colors of the painting but it also maintains the dark side because it makes you thing that Nemo could easily have died.
