Black & White Waves

This sculpture is part of the Sculpture Waves Series, featuring explosive colors against a black and white background. Through a fusion of geometry and curves, it creates a unique sensation of color and vibrance. The sculpture is light and easy to hang.

As an artist, I draw inspiration from architecture, urban environments, bright graffiti colors, and the duality of structure and chaos. My use of curves, illusory perspectives, geometry, and urban symbols create a dynamic interplay of light and form. I explore innovation with materials, incorporating plexiglass to create waves that evoke organic feelings while referencing the architectural world.

My artistic influences include architectural masters Zaha Hadid and Frank Gehry. On both flat and dimensional surfaces, I paint recurring symbols that evoke enigmatic messages, creating a cryptic language within my work. I merge the curvilinear with the straight to infuse the organic into the angular, breaking the rational into the new and fantastic. Overall, my work is a visual representation of the interplay between structure and chaos in the world around us.
