Arboleda Nocturna
La primavera besaba
suavemente la arboleda,
y el verde nuevo brotaba…
Antonio Machado
An exotic natural landscape that refers us to moments lived or dreamed of.
It is also a vague memory of Rafael Alberti’s poetry La Arboleda Perdida and a painting that developed on its own, as if it had a life of its own.
The images and concepts emerge as reference points that I try not to recreate but to explore by creating new forms. Beyond statements or narratives, I try to express emotions and questions that generate their own meaning in each viewer.
My passion is painting, when I immerse myself in the creative process, a mysterious force breaks in taking control, unraveling hidden thoughts and revealing the unexpected.
