STATEMENT
The very nature of the world as we know it and the universe itself is, sometimes, beyond words. It is hardly possible to transform the intuitively experienced images, forms, shapes, colours into something more than a hint, or, at best, a feeling, about what we are, where we are, why we are.I have been content to try and extrapolate fragments and moments of my existence and show what I see, up there or down here. The fantasy, intrigue, interest and subjective logic of my artworks lies in the properties which may be ascribed to the objects and surfaces before the eye, the functional behaviour of theirs, and the fact that they are indeed, timeless.
