STATEMENT
In the art of sculpture creating, there are artists who work faithfully to a material, some people are loyal to an artistic image or a theme. As a sculptor, I work with different materials: ceramic, wood, stone, aluminum, copper, iron, steel. Each material has different characteristic, processing techniques, and different visual effects. Each material has its own challenges, I need to study to understand and control them. Exploring materials is an exciting aspect in my art work. Using abstract sculptural language that includes geometry, minimalistic abstract, my sculptures are expressed in a variety of themes such as inner feelings, thinking about society, environment, urban life, natural life of plants… I do not limit myself to a material, an artistic image as well as a certain subject. I would like my art as a filter of those cognitive phenomena to produce a consistent sculptural language. My art is as diverse as a visual feast with many different dishes for my audience to enjoy and touches many emotional domains.
