BIOGRAPHY
Rob Sirignano
Utilizing an array of materials and colours to create layers, dimension, and depth in works that are simple in design and complex in nature.
As a multidisciplinary artist, he strives to always push the boundaries of his work and employs new techniques to continuously challenge himself.
The felt box series is something that was born out of the idea to absorb sound. The project accidentally transitioned itself into work that was a visual art in itself.
The abstract paintings he does create originality in both his studio, and his practice. Having started with painting, his creativity has always come from within.

STATEMENT
My work is designed to absorb your attention. To question the technique and the design theory behind the process. The ability to grab someones attention and hold onto it for just a moment, is something I strive for in all my works.
