BIOGRAPHY

Born 1951.

Being an avid collector of abstract art since the early 1990s eventually lead to creating my own abstract works. My works are largely non-representational. My paintings are characterised by a distinctive use of color and form that make for a unique style. Always seeking to develop new techniques and colors leads to a large variety in my work.

The process of creating my work is largely intuitive without pre-determined plans. The paitings proceed from beginning to end by letting the canvas speak and show the way. This leads to a style that is totally uninhibited and presents infinite possibilities. Art is not only visual but also emotional. It is meant to he felt as much as seen.
