BIOGRAPHY
FaKun is a ‘Visual Music’ artist who translates the fleeting moments of sound into structured visual forms, rooted in her profound musical insight gained from 16 years as a professional performer. The artist develops three core series: the ‘Baroque Lego’ series, which embodies the contrapuntal order of the Baroque era; the ‘Romantic Piano’ series, which manifests the passionate emotions of Romanticism; and the ‘Symphony Archive’ series, which compiles the grand resonance of symphonies into complex visual layers. In particular, she gives three-dimensional form to musical harmonies on canvas by utilizing meticulously handcrafted Lego units made of epoxy putty and her signature ‘Tak-on’ technique. Since 2026, she has been actively participating in exhibitions both in New York and internationally, continuing her artistic journey of extending the stage of her musical career onto the canvas to prove the eternity of music.

STATEMENT
I am a ‘Visual Music’ artist who captures the fleeting nature of sound to prove the eternity of music. Having spent 16 years as a professional performer, I consider the canvas to be another stage upon which I continue my performance. My artistic universe is built upon three core series: the ‘Baroque Lego’ series, which embodies the contrapuntal order of the Baroque era; the ‘Romantic Piano’ series, which manifests the passionate emotions of Romanticism; and the ‘Symphony Archive’ series, which compiles the grand resonance of symphonies into complex visual layers. By utilizing meticulously handcrafted epoxy putty Lego units and my signature ‘Tak-on’ technique, I give three-dimensional form to musical harmonies on canvas.
