BIOGRAPHY
Art has accompanied me my whole life. Even at a young age, I was already designing work and living spaces from an artistic point of view in positions of responsibility. In socio-therapeutic contexts, I led people to their own creative ideas with clay, wood, paint and paper.
Early on, I recognized the importance of Art Brut for people with disabilities and supported them in their search for personal artistic expression.
Courses in acrylic and watercolor painting complemented my studies in digital photography.

STATEMENT
The digitally captured image, also from my own analog hand drawings, is understood as material. Whether the basic structures of photography or the graphic pencil will play a greater role in the creative process cannot be predicted and is not important. The artistic work is based more on an intuitive creative grasp than on thinking/reflection about the images being drawn.
