BIOGRAPHY
Born in Hamburg, I studied communication design and typography in Munich. Furthermore, I participated in seminars of different artists e.g. Helge Leiberg, Stefan Bachmann, Kangbyungin and nude studies for years. As a freelance designer I live in Munich, the South of France and as a Artist I give workshops in drawing and writing traces.

STATEMENT
My fascination consists of the in-between. What happens between individuals or between several people, what you can see or only suspect… secrets, fears, emotions… I was inspired by texts of Martin Buber, (philosopher), which influence my artworks. They are about communication and understanding. From the reduction to the essential, dialogue, structure and encounter, emerge the “typofigures”.I usually work with ink on Chinese paper, to visualize the fragility and movement of the material within my art.
